Non-return valves in the cartridge seat
Integrated non-return valves in the current VZFX01 construction prevent water from flowing backwards against its intended direction.
Hot, cold and filtered water from one tap. Already prepared for a sparkling-water upgrade. VIZIO VZFX011180 is a solid V4A surgical stainless steel AISI 316L kitchen tap with a brushed finish and a 360° swivel L-spout. Filtered water has a dedicated internal path and a separate control from ordinary hot and cold water.
A tap designed to grow with your water system
The current VZFX01 construction is prepared for 4-way operation from the outset. Start with hot, cold and filtered water, then add a compatible sparkling-water system later. Keep the tap and add the necessary equipment and connections, without buying a replacement tap.
Engineering details that matter in everyday use
- Solid V4A surgical stainless steel AISI 316L: tap body, spout and internal stainless steel water channels. The brushed finish is a treatment of the surface, not a coating over a brass body.
- Separate filtered-water path: a dedicated internal channel and independent ceramic-valve control.
- Non-return valves in the cartridge seat: integrated to prevent reverse water flow.
- Cold Start: the mixer control starts with cold water and rotates only forwards, up to 90°, to adjust temperature. The movement does not require clearance behind the handle.
- 360° swivel L-spout: direct the water where it is needed in the sink.
- 35 mm ceramic cartridge: controls the hot and cold water.
- Food-grade PE guide rings: support the spout during rotation and reduce stress on the seals.
- Fix&Lock mounting: the fixing system stabilises the tap base on the sink or worktop.

When connecting an activated-carbon filter, reverse-osmosis system or carbonator, check the connections and operating conditions of the specific system. The tap does not filter or carbonate water on its own.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a 3-way or a 4-way tap?
The current version is prepared for 4-way use and can initially be installed as a 3-way tap. Sparkling water requires a compatible carbonating system and the specified connections.
Do I need a second tap for filtered water?
No. VZFX011180 provides filtered water through a dedicated path with its own control, alongside the hot and cold water supply.
Does the handle turn towards the wall?
No. The hot-and-cold control uses Cold Start with a forward rotation of up to 90°.
