Refund policy
VIZIO GmbH aims to ensure full transparency regarding returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined below.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the 14-day period expires.
How to request a refund
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit statement before the 14-day deadline through one of the following channels:

Conditions for return acceptance
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- products with removed or damaged hygiene seals;
- products that are used, damaged, scratched, dented, dirty, or missing components;
- products without their original packaging;
- products purchased with a VAT number or intended for professional use;
- products made to measure or customized upon Customer request.
Return address
The Customer must return the products within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
Returns must be sent exclusively to one of the following addresses. Shipments sent to different addresses cannot be processed and will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs
The Customer is directly responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Reduction in value
The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product (e.g., scratches, dents, dirt, damaged or missing packaging, missing components).
Refund
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice or from the receipt of the returned goods, and will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
