Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Europe.
Shipping Destinations and Options
We deliver to most European countries, including Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

Shipping Costs, Customs Duties, VAT and Customs Clearance Charges
Delivery costs may vary depending on your location. For most European countries, we apply a fixed standard shipping rate. For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes and customs clearance charges shall be borne entirely by the Customer. Where the wording "CUSTOMS UNPAID" appears on the commercial invoice or shipping documentation and the Customer refuses to pay such amounts, resulting in such charges being billed to the Seller by the carrier or the competent authorities, the Seller shall be entitled to charge the full amount of such costs back to the Customer, who agrees to reimburse them upon request.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your specified address.

Potential Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, courier delays, or other unforeseen events. In case of significant delays (more than two weeks), you have the right to cancel your order, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.
Unavailable Products
If a product is permanently unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments made. No contract is concluded for products that are unavailable at the time of ordering.
Delivery Refusals
If an order is refused by the customer without prior agreement with VIZIO, the shipping, return, and repackaging costs may be deducted from your refund.
Liability
VIZIO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances outside our control.
