All Viziotechnik taps are made from materials that exceed the strictest German standards for contact with drinking water. We use lead-free brass and surgical-grade V4A stainless steel (AISI 316L), ensuring durability, purity, and safety.
Our stainless steel taps, including internal pipes and valves, are made entirely from a single material to prevent any metal migration and guarantee water quality. Every material we select is DVGW-certified and compliant with the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) regulations, reflecting our commitment to excellence and user health.
Taps vary based on the specific needs of your kitchen. They are divided into different categories to suit various situations. If you have a window behind the sink and are concerned that the tap may be an obstacle, you may need to opt for an under window kitchen tap. Otherwise, you can choose a standard tap.
Additionally, you should consider whether you want a dual-spray tap, particularly useful for reaching all corners of the sink without splashing water. We offer a wide range of kitchen taps with and without a shower head.
Other important questions include the availability or interest in installing a water filtration system for immediately ready drinking water. In this case, a 3-way tap may be necessary.
If you also desire sparkling water in addition to filtered water, we offer a selection of 4-way or 5-way taps that can be combined with an active carbon filtration system and a high-quality sparkling water dispenser developed in-house.

The installation of our taps can be performed independently, without the need to involve a professional plumber. The instructions provided with the product and the simplicity of the installation process allow for self-installation. We do not recommend installing accessories on our underwindow Kitchen Taps with folding spout because, since they are special products and have been carefully designed in every detail, adding unexpected weight to the spout could irreparably damage the faucet's folding-down system.
If you have or want to purchase an underwindow kitchen tap with folding spout (such as art. VZSU010100, VZSU010200 or similar), it is strongly discouraged to install accessories such as an additional hand spray / shower.
If you wish to have the two-jet shower on your kitchen tap, we recommend purchasing the underwindow kitchen taps that are already provided with them.
It is recommended to regularly check and clean the faucet aerator, based on the amount of limescale or dirt present in the water. This component may become clogged due to sand or other particles in the water network. To perform this operation, you can use the appropriate key included in the faucet packaging, if necessary.
For most of our faucets, we use NEOPERL COIN SLOT aerators, which make the use of the plastic key, often prone to loss, unnecessary.
Removing limescale from the aerator is a simple operation: immerse the plastic core in a solution composed of equal parts vinegar and water for several hours, then rinse thoroughly and reassemble.
For faucet cleaning, it is recommended to use water and soap to protect the gaskets and moving parts. After cleaning, dry thoroughly with a towel or microfiber cloth. In case of limescale stains, it is important to remove them promptly as they could promote bacterial growth and damage the faucet's surface and structure. Treat the surface with care, as you would with a car paint, to keep the faucet shiny and bright over time.
Items currently unavailable or out of stock are usually restarted in production. The time required for this process can vary depending on the type of product, especially if it requires specific colorations or processes. We recommend contacting us via email for precise information on availability, as we have a comprehensive view of the situation and can provide details on the expected completion time for the production of an item. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped on the same day or the next business day after payment of the order. Delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days from the time the package leaves our warehouse.
We only ship via express courier. Shipping costs are €8 per item for Germany and Italy, approximately €15 per item for the rest of Europe, and vary by country for the rest of the world.
Yes, we ship worldwide except for some countries. Rates vary depending on the shipping country and the quantity of products ordered.
In the case of a damaged order, it is advisable to accept the shipment with reservation if the box appears damaged. Subsequently, before proceeding with the opening of the package, it is recommended to take as many photos as possible of the outer packaging and then of the product inside. If the outer packaging appears intact but the product is damaged, it is necessary to send photos of the product and the inside of the package to customercare@viziotechnik.de. Please include your name and order or invoice number along with the photos and videos.
Regarding an order with a defective product, it is recommended to record a video showing the defect and send it to customercare@viziotechnik.de. Please always include your name and order or invoice number along with the video.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our taps are covered by a 2 year factory warranty, like all products sold in the European Union. This warranty concerns the normal operation of the product and covers replacement in case of manufacturing defects with a new item. Damaged or non-functioning components can be replaced individually. However, please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear parts, such as ceramic disc cartridges and washers, whose lifespan depends solely on water quality, as well as aerators.
It is important to emphasize that we do not apply profit margins on spare parts, as we consider such practice unethical. The prices of spare parts are calculated based on actual costs. For example, the cost of a ceramic disc cartridge ranges from €6,00 to €9,00 depending on the model.
Please note that if a customer refuses delivery for reasons of a change of mind or other frivolous reasons, and this has not been previously agreed upon with VIZIO, the costs related to shipping, return, and repackaging will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been used and/or connected to the water supply. Considering the nature of SANITARY HYGIENIC products, a used product is not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
According to current legal provisions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
If a customer has made multiple purchases with a single order and these have been delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
If a product has been used and connected to the water network, it cannot be returned. As products in contact with drinking water, if connected to the water network, they are considered contaminated, and therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Firstly, it's helpful to provide as much information as possible to info@viziotechnik.de including photos and videos, if necessary. It's always important to indicate your order number or invoice number and the reason for wanting to proceed with the return. Our team will propose an alternative solution if possible or communicate the return procedure to you.
Refunds are typically processed approximately 14 days after receiving your product at one of our warehouses. The refund is issued to the payment method chosen at the time of order.
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, provided that the product has not been used. As already explained above, products in contact with drinking water, once proven to have been used or connected to the water network, are considered contaminated and therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
