3 Way Kitchen Taps

Hot, cold and filtered water from one kitchen tap. A 3-way kitchen tap connects to a filtration system without adding a second tap to the worktop. Filtered water has its own separate path and dedicated control.

Choosing a tap means looking beyond shape and finish: internal construction, materials and system compatibility matter. Current VIZIO VZFX01 taps combine AISI 316L stainless steel construction with non-return valves in the cartridge seat and preparation for 4-way operation. Start with filtered water and add a compatible sparkling-water system later while keeping the tap.

Thoughtful connection and hygiene options for VIZIO FX01, FX2 and FX5 taps.

SteelConnect: a direct connection

VIZIO has developed its own connection adapters in V4A AISI 316L stainless steel. The matching quick connector links the filtration system’s drinking-water tube directly to the tap, with options for ¼″ or 6 mm tubing.

The additional braided hose in the purified-water connection, including its plastic inner tube, is eliminated. The compact direct connection replaces the intermediate hose and downstream transition adapter: fewer intermediate components, fewer joints and therefore fewer potential leak points.

AntiBiofilm insert with an antibacterial element

For the purified-water outlet, VIZIO offers an optional AntiBiofilm insert with an antibacterial element, designed to reduce biofilm formation and retrograde contamination. It is available exclusively with the purchase of a new VIZIO tap, not as a separately sold accessory.

Available on request instead of the standard purified-water braided hoses or in addition to them. SteelConnect fittings already included remain part of the package contents specified for each model. The ordinary hot- and cold-water connections are unchanged.
