VIZIO GmbH (hereinafter “VIZIO” or “We”) has created this agreement to ensure a smooth collaboration, by making the affiliate partnership requirements clear and upfront.
Please read the entire agreement. By joining the VIZIO Affiliate Program you agree that you have read and understand this agreement and that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement without the approval or consent of any other party.
Your application to become a VIZIO affiliate is subject to a manual review process in order to assess whether we’d make a good fit. The review process can take up to 5 business days and you will be notified via email with our decision.
You must provide us with accurate information regarding who you are, your business details and the website(s) and/or platforms you intend to promote VIZIO on.
Reasons for rejected applications include but are not limited to any websites and/or businesses that:
Please note that this list is not exhaustive and that we reserve the right to decline your application at our sole discretion, without providing a rejection reason.
The standard commission rate is set at 10% of the purchase price of each VIZIO product bought by customers using your referral link or discount code, calculated on the product price excluding VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to lower or increase our standard commission rates at any moment and for any reason. You shall be notified via email 30 days in advance before such changes go into force.
You will be provided with a unique discount code, which you may share while promoting our products. By default, the discount available to customers is set at 10%, unless otherwise specified. The use of the discount code not only applies the discount to the customer but also assigns the sale to your affiliate profile, ensuring that you receive a commission for the transaction.
A sale may also be attributed to your affiliate profile if a user visits the website by clicking on your affiliate link (e.g., https://www.viziotechnik.com/ref/001/) and completes a purchase without using the discount code. However, please note that in this case the discount is not applied automatically. Additionally, sales generated through clicks on your affiliate link are attributed to your affiliate profile only if the purchase is made within a 30-day time frame after the click on your link.
When registering for the Affiliate Program you will be asked to provide a payment email address. This is the PayPal email address associated with your PayPal account, which we will use to pay you commissions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will still be able to register but you will be required to provide valid PayPal account details at a later date in order to get paid out.
Commission payments will be issued in EUR to you via PayPal by the end of each calendar month, with no minimum amount required. However, we have a 14-day period in which customers can return a product and ask for a refund, therefore we only pay commissions that are older than 14 days and are not subject to any refunds.
In order to comply with applicable tax laws, a summary document detailing the amount paid will be provided to you alongside the payment. You are required to issue an invoice to [email protected], reflecting the amount stated in the summary document, no later than the 14th day of the subsequent calendar month.
Also, you have the full obligation to comply with any laws and taxes you might be subject to in your country of residence as a result of rendering affiliate services to us.

There are certain promotional methods we do not tolerate and will have your account terminated, shall you engage in such activities:
Again, this is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to terminate your account whenever we consider your promotional activities are not aligned with our business values.
If you are unsure whether a particular promotional method is accepted, please contact us in advance for confirmation.
Either you or we may end this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice in the form of email.
Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate your account at any moment and without any previous notice, shall we consider that you breached any terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any pending or unpaid commissions that are subject to your violation of our Agreement will be withheld.
By becoming an affiliate you also agree to receive occasional emails from VIZIO regarding changes in the Agreement, news and updates or other information relevant to you as an affiliate.
You have the right to opt-out of our affiliate program at any time, by notifying us via email.
