Here you can see how small the required space of our system is! There is enough space for other items, such as trash cans, containers, etc.

In this installation case, the total height of the sparkling machine and the activated carbon filter system is 58 cm, but it is not necessary to install them on top of each other. This is, as already written, only an example.

Please note that the CO2 bottle is not included in the box.

System

Most sparkling water systems currently available on the market have a 0.75 liter tank that is not even enough to fill a 1 liter carafe. With 3 glasses of water, is already over!

Our system is smaller and also there is NO TANK! This is an incredible benefit!

In this system there is no cooling tank where the water is chilled and stored, but a patented 'Direct Chill System' which means there is no need to disinfect frequently the system because there is no tank! All tank systems must be disinfected at least once every 6 months to prevent algae and bacteria growth! This is not necessary with our Sparkling!

With patented DIRECT CHILL system, you can fill a lot of carafes and a lot of glasses non-stop. You don't have to wait for minutes until the water has been enriched with CO2 again. Even more, the first 3/4 bottles of sparkling/chilled water will be at 2,5 °C !

After that, you can go ahead and use any bottles at max. 6° fill - no more.

But let's not forget the most important thing! Finally no more lugging around soda bottles and save a lot of money at the same time. You are also helping our amazing home called Earth - it's an incredible support for the environment, since you are simply no longer driving the spiral of resource waste by transporting sparkling water, cleaning and re-labeling the glass bottles, etc. We don't even need to talk about plastic bottles because they should be completely abolished.

What is Carbonic Acid?

We also looked at soda carbonation systems! These are very small and do not require a power supply, but the bubble experience is not even worth mentioning! However, we looked into them to understand! Water and CO2 only combine under certain conditions, one of which is that the water must have a temperature of less than 3°C. In a professional chilled sparkling system, a high-pressure reaction is triggered that produces carbonic acid (H2CO3), which gives the water a particularly refreshing and long-lasting taste.

In soda carbonating systems, this does not happen. CO2 is simply introduced, but after a short time the water is no longer as sparkling as before. You can clearly see how the CO2 evaporates almost immediately. If you fill a glass of water with bubbles from a soda bubble system, the sparkling effect disappears after a few minutes. A soda bubble system can blow 2 to a maximum of 3 g of CO2 into the water. In a professional bubble system, not only is the temperature perfectly controlled, but in the pressurised 'carbonator' the water is combined with CO2 and carbonic acid is obtained from the CO2! If you fill a glass of sparkling water with a chilled sparkling system, such as our SPARKLING, it is still sparkling after hours. For your information, our SPARKLING can reach CO2 levels of up to 8 g per litre. San Pellegrino has a CO2 content of around 7g per litre, just for comparison!

And that is why we choose a chilled sparkling system!

Easy installation

A smart connection system! The water supply and outlets are all located on the top side of the system and are directed upwards! This permits extremely easy installation and placement, as the pipes do not kink at the back when you slide the system into the kitchen unit! Connection pipes are located above the cooler ventilation and therefore are not directly exposed to heat dissipation!

Safety first!
